This month and next, I'll be teaching memoir writing at Eckerd College's Osher Lifelong Learning Institute. OLLI at Eckerd College is hosting a free open house, Jan. 10, 3-6 p.m., to showcase course offerings and for students and instructors to meet.

Hear from local author Bill DeYoung from 3-4 p.m. Meet instructors from 4-5 p.m., then mingle and enjoy refreshements from 5 to 6 p.m.
